Mzinda compiled statistics on the responsiveness of service providers to citizens reports. Currently the Electricity Supply Coorporation of Malawi (ESCOM) has been the reciepient of the most reports, 38. The response rate of Lilongwe City Council is the highest currently at 46% followed by Lilongwe Water Board at 44% and ESCOM at 34%.
The responsiveness of Councillors is indicated besides each Councillor under the "Engage Councillor" window on the platfrom.
